Queen & Sherbourne Condos is a new mixed-use condominium development by WAM Development Group coming soon to 245 Queen Street East in Toronto, Ontario.  This proposed development consists of three towers that are 39, 45 and 39 storeys in height designed by Acquitectonica, S9 Architecture and Sweeny &Co Architects Inc. with a total of 1,645 dwelling units.

Queen & Sherbourne is being developed by WAM Development Group who "specializes in the acquisition and development of retail, office, residential and industrial projects".   They were founded in 1987 and are headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta.  For almost 30 years, WAM Development Group has a portfolio that includes residential, office, industrial, retail and mixed-use projects.  Thus far, they have currently under development or have developed over 41 million square feet of space.  WAM Development Group is "a North American leader in commercial real estate development" and some of their residential projects are listed below.

The Residences of Clifton Place - A new condominium development currently in pre-construction located at 10156 Clifton Place Northwest in Edmonton, Alberta with 25 storeys and 250 units.  Designed by Brinsmead Kennedy with unit size ranging from 775 square feet to 4,297 square feet.  Amenities include concierge, lounge, exercise room and spa.

10th Avenue SW - A new apartment development currently under construction located at 10 Avenue Southwest in Calgary, Alberta with 34 storeys and 440 rental units in two towers that are approximately 17 and 34 storeys in height.  Estimated completion date is summer of 2016.

Queen & Sherbourne Condominiums is being designed by three architectural firms which are Acquitectonica, S9 Architecture and Sweeny &Co Architects Inc.  First off, Acquitectonica is a Miami based architectural firm that was founded in 1977 and also has offices in other parts of the world including Paris, Dubai and Hong Kong.  Their projects can be found in 58 countries.  S9 Architecture is based in New York and has a team of over 70 designers and their projects are "part of a larger whole, acting as glue that helps bind and enhance their context for human experiences".  Finally, Sweeny &Co Architects Inc. is and award-winning architectural firm that was established in 1988 and is based in Toronto. They are a "multidisciplinary practice whose work centres on driving demand through the creation and execution of highly desirable developments".
